Services Provided at Corvallis Hearing Center

    We offer a wide range of hearing diagnostic services to pinpoint the exact cause of each individual’s hearing loss. As part of our comprehensive audiological evaluations, Dr. Leavitt uses tests that reveal middle and inner ear pathology and central auditory processing deficits.  Such specific diagnostic testing allows the doctor to recommend the best hearing aid or medical follow-up procedures.  The charges for hearing testing services are available upon request at our clinic in Corvallis.
    We accept most insurances.  Each plan differs in coverage for hearing and hearing aid services.  If you have any questions about your coverage for any of these services, you can contact your insurance benefits representative before your appointment or we can call your plan provider for you at any time.  The phone number is typically on the back of your insurance card.  We have found it useful to get the name of the contact person when you ask about your benefits and bring that information with you to your audiology appointment.
